I placed an order with Jack and G in the earliest days of December—prior to Dec 5. It is now Christmas, and my order has not come. The item was meant to be a Christmas gift. I am very disappointed with this company. When I called about this issue, I was told that they are “just swamped”—and they are doing their best to get the orders out. I really wanted to love this shop. The jewelry itself is beautiful and thats the only reason it gets 2 stars, but the customer experience was a disappointment from start to finish. My orders took over a month to arrive (one of which I placed right before the sale), despite the product pages listing 1–2 weeks. There was no notice anywhere about holiday delays when I ordered in early November. I cannot tell you how amazing this company is. I was exchanging earrings due to needing a bigger size and while the difference was a couple of dollars, they sent the new pair to me (at no cost) with the adjusted size and return label already paid. I ordered a ring and they also changed the metal type with a simple email inquiry. The quality, design, everything is amazing. Thank you for being such an awesome company!
