Not too happy about being charged $1,100 had to bring it back three more times for them to complete the repair. They couldn't do it and only offered me a $350 refund. For new tires and oil changes, it's an ok spot, for actual mechanic work do not go here.
Had new Michelin tires installed on my truck. I’ve used Jack Furriers for years and always have a good experience. Friendly staff, work done right, no attempt to upsell unless they see something that truly needs attention.
It’s unfortunate I have to write this review but this has happened twice now with two separate vehicles. I always go here for my oil changes and it’s great, they’re awesome nice people. but twice now I’ve been scammed in to thinking I needed new brakes which I got a second opinion about and both my cars brakes ended up being over 50% when Jack furrier tells me my brakes are dire and at 20%! It’s absurd. Always get a second opinion.
