A very bad after service, a very rude customer service, I called asking for my ledger sale and I just say good morning and she replied what do you want? In a very aggressive tone, being busy it didn’t give you the right to be rude and unprofessional

You can find far better options. The staff have exceptionally bad communication skills, and don't expect a transparent and proper walkthrough of your service.

I contacted them to inquire about a quote for a purchase. Unfortunately, the lady on the phone displayed unprofessionalism and rudeness. She seemed impatient in addressing my questions and persistently insisted on having me open a file with them. I strongly advise against working with them based on this experience.

It doesn't matter how good Jack himself is as a lawyer if his administrative staff are terrible. Not only did they give me lots of attitude, they also made several mistakes that could have had serious repercussions for me. For example, I was entering final closing on a real estate transaction. Jack told me the admin team had at least a week's notice of the amount required from the seller. I have used this law firm four times for real estate purposes. They were recommended by a friend. I know several other people who use them.
