Did a complete remodel of our kitchen, the job was a nightmare from start to finish. 2 years later we are still dealing with issues and he owes us money. The floor was improperly installed, within a year many tiles were "popping". He sent a tile guy in to replace 19 tiles. The guy then damaged the heated flooring system costing us $600.00 to have a Nuheat Technician in to repair 2 breaks. I emailed Jack from his website about replacing a piece of flashing that had blown off our roof and was flapping in the wind against our house. He returned my call a couple days later. After speaking about the project, he came out the next day, removed the piece of flashing and then told me he would be back later that week to put up a new piece. Do not use Jack Frey Carpentry. He is a ripoff. He took my money and never completed the job. I have a law suit against him for over $3,500. And I am his neighbor, imagine what he will do to you.
