I have been dealing with Jack Fannin’s office for a few years and have had nothing but great experiences. I usually deal with Carmen and she helps make things on the insurance side simple instead of scary.
I’ve had this insurance for over 10 years and, thankfully, never had serious issues with billing since I’m on auto pay. The rates have been reasonable, which is honestly the only reason I’ve remained a customer this long. If customer service mattered at all, I would have left years ago. Unfortunately, dealing with their customer service has been one of the most frustrating experiences imaginable. It was quite a long hassle to get State Farm to pay what their policy says they will cover. This is very disappointing after having a car broken into.
Linda and sue are the most unprofessional insurance workers I have ever dealt with they will tell other people your information and business then hang up on you!! DONT GO HERE!!!
