Jack installed an electric gate 3 years ago an it has been great. when weather caused gate to not work, called Jack during those bad snow days and he instructed me on how to remedy the problem, once came out and took care of teaching me the ropes. Top Notch JWW
I have several remaining issues with this company. I was promised and have since requested a key to a gate for over a year. This has been continually promised but has yet been received. I also let the company owner know that I have seen bolts installed that were crooked. It has resulted in the fence having loose sections. His reply was “I cannot look over my employees shoulders all the time during installation.” I also had requested a six foot height fence and received a four foot height fence.
