Don't bother making an appointment here. They will schedule you several weeks or months away from when you call, and leave out the fact that they may still need to send your car out to another facility such as a trim shop or specialty shops. Instead, just bring your car in and speak to them in person! Once you are there, the customer service is great. Of course, any work here will be expensive (as common with dealerships), but you will leave with your problem resolved.
Fast Service, Horrible Price My truck had a broken sway bar link. The cost for parts was $50 per link (x2 replaced). The labor cost, for a relativley quick and straightforward repair, was $350 plus Misc Charge of $25. Original estimate was $175. Can't even imagine the cost for a more extensive repair. Would not recommend this place based on labor cost alone
