Took my ford to demmer to check brakes. When I returned to pick up the car they had lost the key and the brake petal went to the floor. Drove slowly to my regular mechanic who fixed bad brake lines. First visit and LAST visit to demmer ford. Fortunestely l went home to get a spare key. Did they offer to replace the key? NO. Take your vehicle to demmer at your own risk.
