I went to get parts i was waiting 15 min, every time i ask for someone no one came so i decide to visit Lindenhurst VW better service, and no wonder Jack Daniels VW have only 2.5 stars review
I had to take my car to remove tire caps, and they scratched my rim, so Elder, Jimmy and Adrian went above and beyond to get me a loaner, and they repaired my rim. They were very professional in communicating with me and letting me know the time frame once the rim shop picked up and returned my rim. Elder and Jimmy also recommended getting my 10,000 mile service as the car was there and again outstanding job, definitely recommend Fairlawn service center.
Absolutely the worst, so dishonest. They lie about parts being on back order and then you call another service and they have the part no problem. Service and Parts in the same league. Won’t be honest and won’t “give out part numbers over the phone.”
Stay away from this Car dealer, they are crooked and full liars. All things this place is offering is arrogant
