Absolutely the worst, so dishonest. They lie about parts being on back order and then you call another service and they have the part no problem. Service and Parts in the same league. Won’t be honest and won’t “give out part numbers over the phone.”
Stay away from this Car dealer, they are crooked and full liars. All things this place is offering is arrogant

Visited the JDVW Parts Center for a recall and it was an overall GREAT experience. Ease to set up an appt during holiday break. Plus was given an over estimate of what service and parts will need to be replaced on my vehicle. BUT best feature is the text video alert explaining the process and that the car was ready. Overall took about an hour. The service desk reps are also very nice and attentive. Received video + printed statement of estimate. Overall a GREAT experience. Unbelievable! They still couldn’t take out left front axle. After 3rd attempt, they told me they finally got it out. Asked me if I wanted to replace timing belt and replace both control arms while axle is being replaced. Told them that IF they actually DID got axle out then they can go ahead and replace them. They said they were able to get axle out. This morning, I was told that they still couldn’t get the axle out!!!! I’m not going to pay for control arms/ timing belt if they still couldn’t get axle out. The option was tha... read more
