I had a great experience at the Porsche service center in Northern New Jersey. Jack Daniels really took care of me. I came in with an issue on my Macon S and they took care of me within a couple of days. Unfortunately a few days later, it seems like the issue wasn’t resolved so they had me bring it back in and they had to order an additional part from Porsche which they got covered under warranty. He listened carefully to my concerns and assured me that the team would thoroughly investigate the issue.
