Went in to have my car serviced. Waiting area was nice and spacious. Received courteous service and all my issues were addressed within a decent wait time. Couldn't be happier!!!!
Jack Daniels service center on McBride in Fair Lawn was great. I had bought a 2022 Kia K5 GT line from Jack Daniels Kia on Broadway in Fair Lawn and noticed the weather strip on the windshield was peeling off so when I went back to drop off the check at the Broadway location in Fair Lawn, I was greeted by Karim Sampson (Sales Manager) who states bluntly that this wasn't covered under the 60,000 miles comprehensive warranty (formally the bumper to bumper) which is ridiculous because it's not considered normal wear and tear bu... read more
