People were very nice but I didn't get service done. Prices were ridiculous. $140 for an oil change is highway robbery.
Service advisor was attentive, car was done on time. All good except the charges…. Had a warranty repair, a recall and an oil change. I literally filled the wiper fluid the day before. I only use RainX fluid…. I topped it off…. Less than 24 hours ago. On the itemized bill was $10 for wiper fluid filling. I asked the service advisor who said it was part of the service and was a package that couldn’t be removed…. KIA cars consume 1Q per 1000 miles and thats normal for kia corp.... So yea avoid them unless you like spending extra 50$ for oil to keep adding every 1000 miles you drive
