The service representative is very polite and thorough. He took detail pictures of the car exterior and explained to us why the tires need to be replaced. After the car has been in service for about an hour, he sent us detailed video of the engine inspection work and showed that there is a minor oil leak issue. Later he gave us detail estimates of the recommended work items
