got the service promptly and provided transportation going back to my house and back to the service department. awesome service.
Had a nail in my tire that needed to be plugged, and it took a little over 2 hours. Should have just taken it elsewhere. Tim was nice, but not a good experience to keep someone waiting for such a minor thing.
My vehicle was due for service. There I met with the service manager Tim. Tim was so courteous and informative. My vehicle was done in no time. I got discount that I truly appreciate Tim and the team at Jack Daniels service department.
