I decided not to do work on my car there. Price is too high and there is no guarantee that's going to fix the problem. I paid $299+tax just the diagnostic fees and brought my car back home. I would prefer not to buy an other German car. Parts are too expensive. If you're rich go ahead and buy it. It's not for me. I don't have any complaints about the service person. He just told me what he supposed to.
Excellent service friendly and helpful staff
I had a unique problem with the car radio and it took several attempts to get it repaired but the service department stuck with it and eventually completely fixed the issue all the while providing exceptional assistance with loaners, car detailing and all assistance requested.
They took an emergency situation and fixed it quickly and efficiently. Extremely happy with the service and for them to deal with me is just bonus points!!!! Thank you!!!!
