Not the service level used to in luxury brands. Able to get an appointment the next day however they try and push you to do stuff on your own (listening to the advisor with the customer in front of me) Or instruct me to wait for an update that’s 3 weeks out instead of looking at the vehicle if it’s a wiring issue at least. Wait is 5 hours as well. TVs were off no real snack station for customers and staff just felt annoyed to be there. I brought my Audi here for the first time for an oil change. No complaints on the service, but when it was done they changed my license plate brackets on my car, front and back. Why would you do that without my permission? Seems like a sneaky way to get free marketing. I most likely would have been okay with putting your name on my car for a discount on the service. But for a $250 oil change, please don’t alter my car for things I didn’t ask for. Won’t be coming back here.

Agree with other reviewers, this place deserves 0 stars. On top of everything, the employees are extremely rude. They take foreever, and don’t have any understanding of what customer service should be. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
