If I could leave zero stars, I would. Let me start by saying that I normally don’t leave reviews, however, this is something that I would like to publicly share. I called to schedule an oil change and was told it takes 90mins to do so. Okay, appointment was made for 11am. I dropped off the keys and left. Quick in and out to get filters from the parts department
Google should incorporate 0 ratings too. A rating of 1 is too high for this place. First off, if you’re even considering servicing your vehicle here - DONT! Period. Go somewhere else. These folks had my car for a week. 1 of the 4 things that had an issue was fixed (for now. Time will tell). They don’t understand the concept of “worst case scenario”. Promise the world and deliver nothing after having you follow up multiple times. And this after being told several times by a self-proclaimed “I’m good with following up” person ... read more
