This hospital is a horrible place. The service is garbage. The employees are garbage. I will never go to this emergency room again.
2.1 rating is to high. You will be there at least 12 hours. We were kept in the ER, sitting in a chair for over 12 hours. My relative has arthritis in his knee. Anyone sitting that long will get back pain.
My Mom is 70 years old had open surgery, had strokes ,suffering from high blood pressure, high cholesterol and breathing through tracheostomy tube. She was admitted at this hospital on December 20th and the hospital say she was waiting for a bed in mount vernon Montefiore. This two days I had to adjust my schedule at work. Just 1 hour before transport 3 times they said my mom’s transportation is canceled because other people have priority. Was in ER on a cot/bed for 19hrs. Told me I was being admitted after 2hr. Also took several test. No doctor gave me any results or went of anything with me. Asked several times to speak with my doctor. Then was told at 4:13am the the was only 1 doctor covering the entire ED for the night!!! 🤬🤬 INEXCUSABLE! Some other patients were in ER even longer than me 1-2 days!!!!🤬🤬🤬 I will never come here again! I wish I could rate -0
