Dr Cramer is passionate about his work, and his patient’s. He takes a lot of time to explain and answer our questions. I’m gonna miss him when he retires.
Jack has been giving me a very hard time at first he was giving me a hard time about giving me a therapeutic pillow for my neck after my pain management doctor was giving me a hard time as well I have two bulging disc in my neck and dextroscoliosis and having a certain kind of pillow would have helped with the quality of my sleep it took almost 2 months of fighting with him to actually finally get him to give me an order for a pillow and then he was giving me issues about lidocaine patches to help with my sleeping and my nec... read more
Dr Cramer has been my doctor for several years and I refer him to all my family & friends because he really does CARE ABOUT HIS patients. He always takes the time to LISTEN to me & always helps me feel better.
Wonderful experience. Knowledgeable and personable. Excellent care. Very happy he has a Grafton office.
