Coleman Construction did the plumbing and drain lines for the septic tanks prior to a property I brought. He was hired by the sellers. He cut all the electric wires and plumbing in the yard when put in the drain lines. A very expensive fix.
I wanted to have my septic system pumped. Was sure an excavator or professional could do this. I called Coleman and was quoted a reasonable price for the job. I met them 20 min after they arrived at the site. I was told by this professional that he could not locate the septic tank. I thought that was odd but was floored when I was charged 175.00 to be told that without ANY work done. I can see a travel service fee but 1/2 of the total job quote?? It left me feeling ripped off. Coleman was highly recommended. I needed help with my septic. I was charged 175.00 to be told he could not locate my septic tank. Last time I'll call them. Glad a lot of you had a good experience. I did not and still feel ripped off.
