This review took a little longer to write because I wanted to wait until the issue was resolved elsewhere before speaking negatively about Jack’s Service Department. I own a 2025 Jeep Wrangler with just 2,700 miles that began throwing a sensor code. This dealer deserves no stars for the way they handled a situation we recently just went through with them. We purchased a 2022 Subaru Ascent from them in December of 2025. My husband began speaking to this dealership via phone. When he arrived to take the vehicle for a test drive, there was no visible window sticker. We went in to look at used trucks after my husbands got totaled , when we walked in , we were greeted by Anthony Fuller, who ended up becoming our salesman. He bent over backwards to get us exactly what we were hoping for went through all of the options and we are super super happy with his service and his attitude and all of the other salesman that we met, there were also very welcoming and very helpful. We will definitely be coming back there for other vehicles in the future.
Flat out lied. Sold and charged me for top tier extended warranty. Everything is covered except "brake pads" they said. Reality they charged me for premium warranty but gave me a much lesser warranty and a $1600.00 estimate to replace a $300.00 part.
In and out, great service, sales guys are on top of it. The finance folks are great, overall good experience. Had an issue with the vehicle, they took me right away, got it taken care of. I highly recommend Jack!
