前台很不专业，客户打电话预约的时候，说可以接受保险，客户到了以后又说不接受保险，浪费客户的时间。

我敢保证另一个差评绝对是真实的评价，因为我有同样可怕的经历。在这里做完牙齿矫正后，我的牙龈萎缩的很厉害，变成了很严重的黑三角问题。而且牙齿总是反复变黑，导致我不得不频繁返回这里进行洗牙。陷入了这样的恶性循环中，这些恶果是我以前从来没有发生过的。更可怕的是，这里有的工作人员服务态度很差，脾气非常大。这里的名片上宣传“接受所有的PPO和MEDICAID”，实际上每次洗牙一直要求我支付的都是现金，我有所有的银行流水做证据。在这里花了很多钱，最后得到的服务这么差，我真的很后悔当初选择了这家诊所。 I can guarantee that the other negative review is definitely a genuine review because I had the same horrible experience. After orthodontic treatment here, my gums receded severely and turned into a serious black triangle problem. And my teeth kept getting darker over and over again... read more
