I’ve had a really positive experience with Dr. Chen. He is knowledgeable, patient, and truly takes the time to listen to my concerns. I never feel rushed during appointments, and everything is explained in a clear, thoughtful way. I feel supported and confident in my care, which makes a big difference when managing my RA.
I have very little confidence in Dr. Chen. I felt unsupported and unheard throughout my visit. Despite having a diagnosis from another physician, he repeatedly tried to persuade me that it could be reversed with over-the-counter medication. This left me feeling dismissed, and I cannot imagine continuing my care with this doctor.
Dr. Chen has been a life saver — literally! He’s smart, diligent, and advocates for me. I’m so grateful to have him walking along this journey with me. It’s stressful and scary but he has helped me manage with his dedication, research, and thoroughness.
I have little confidence in Dr Chen. He didn’t follow through with action items and he had to be reminded of our previous conversations. I felt incredibly unsupported and unheard. I sent him reminders and action items before my recent visit so we could spend time talking about treatment plan, but he didn’t read what I sent. He kept trying to convince me that an orthopedic was the solution. I can’t even imagine moving forward with this doctor.
