I recently bought a new Honda street bike and took my bike into JC Powersports South for my first service. Before dropping my bike off that day, I noticed the mechanism to pop up my passenger seat to access the fuel tank was not working. When I got to the service counter, I mentioned to Tamara about this additional item. Even though this was not a planned service, she was gracious enough to fit it in and get it fixed as well.
