Great service from the parts department.
dealing with the receptionist here has been frustrating. she answers the phone each time super flat without any joy and it feels like she’s not really paying attention, or couldn’t care less about the job and what I have to say. calls get transferred to service who dont pick up, which is annoying. wish the people on the front line were more personable and enthusiastic.
Amazing experience, I needed a new tire to travel a long distance, the service guy was super helpful and even added a courtesy inspection to make sure I had safe travels!
Just bought a Yamaha MT-10 at JC Powersports North, and the experience was excellent. If you want personalized service from people who know motorbikes and care about motorcyclists, this is the place for you. Jamie was fabulous as is the rest of the staff. I had 15 years going to another dealership where customer loyalty didn't seem to matter anymore and you're treated like cattle. If you're a Bike enthusiast, JCP North is the place for you!
