This was a great place to visit. The burgers are delicious and the loaded fries...yum!! Definitely get one of their ciders!
Male bartenders are rude and have a pompous vibe to them. The female bartender and waiter working got my order wrong 3 different times. She brought my sister extra fries that she even admitted she incorrectly additionally added to our meal, she also charged us for her mistake. My sister and Is burger order was also incorrect. Disappointed. Richmond location has much friendly staff and better service.
