Thug is the word for them. We gave them 50 Tshirts to wash which is like $2 per piece. They decided to dry clean them all and charged $8.5 per piece! $400 bill for Tshirts that were supposed to be washed - take that. Then they acted all cold and robotic after minting the money and caring no more to even discuss. Never going back. Do not recommend this place.
