My saga with Boiman continues. They installed piers and foundation repair in 2022. They never applied for the required city permit. When it came to my attention , I contacted them by phone and email and they just put me off. The city doesn’t consider the job done unless they inspect it. Contacting an attorney got them to contact the city. The city required them to dig again for an inspection. The structural engineer report indicated the failed to install a pier. This has yet to be rectified
Thank you for having honest inspectors. Did not try to sell me services I didn’t need. If I or anyone I know ever needs foundation work done I will recommend them to Jack Boiman and Ram Jack.
Basement is still a mess. Still waiting on significant rain before trying to restore room. Mess is not a result of your work. Just waiting! I check during and after every rain and as of this writing there is no water or moisture.
I have an engineering background and in general I'm pretty picky. I thought the whole experience dealing with this firm was very professional, from the initial call thru scheduling and job completion. Their analysis and repair plan was explained prior to any work. There was minimal impact to my yard for their work and the job site was left in good shape. I called to express my satisfaction once the job was completed.
