I submitted an online form to have someone come look at some foundation issues. Cindy called later that day and was super kind and got me scheduled for a few days later. Doug came out and spent about 40 minutes walking all around and through my house with me looking at all the weird little issues with my 100 year old home. Jack Boiman Sons & Daughters showed up when they said they would and completed the work quickly and professionally. I've had a persistent leak in my basement for 10+ years and they solved the issue for fractions of what other companies tried to sell me by addressing the actual structural issue. They did the work well and left the site clean. While I don't want another foundation issue, I'd use their services again without a second thought.
We purchased a home with multiple foundation issues, leaking basement and walls bowing all around the perimeter of the home. There was also a porch that other companies refused to even quote. Our walls are now straight, and the basement is dry; probably for the first time in at least 10 years. The crew was respectful of our property. They were very professional; answering all of my questions and took the time to explain everything they were doing. I highly recommend Jack Boiman Sons & Daughters!
My saga with Boiman continues. They installed piers and foundation repair in 2022. They never applied for the required city permit. When it came to my attention , I contacted them by phone and email and they just put me off. The city doesn’t consider the job done unless they inspect it. Contacting an attorney got them to contact the city. The city required them to dig again for an inspection. The structural engineer report indicated the failed to install a pier. This has yet to be rectified
