As one of the first tenants to sign a lease in the Victoria Station complex I find it a bit distasteful and unappreciative for Jack Bell to tow my vehicle from a half empty parking lot. This was done primarily as an exercise of power and not out of necessity. If you do business with Jack Bell Properties I advise that you have a plan in place to keep from having to walk 2.5 miles at 2:00 am to get your car out of impound. I trusted Jack Bell Properties, don't make the same mistake.
