Manager Bad service, Doctor has no communication skills! Just wanted to prescribe me pills, did not really listen to me I had to wait over 30 minutes, office was not clean,
First Doctor to Treat me with Dignity He put me first as a patient. My husband usually controls the Doctor Visits but this is the first Doctor who made my husband sit. Dr. Kistler just talked to me instead of triangulating the conversation through my controlling husband. He was the first to Actually listen to ME.
A nice doctor, but doesn't listen well. Dr. Kistler is a nice old fashioned doctor whose office hours and rushed visits suggest that he's semi-retired and may wish that he were fully retired. His bedside manner is nice enough. He's a very personable man and seems to know what he's doing. He just doesn't seem to listen too well, nor does he seem to give full time or attention to his patients. At least, that has been my case.
