Five of us visited this resturant on June 17th 2010. Was a quiet evening and a little after dinner time. Had very good service and excellant food. I had rib eye and for $1.00 more got a lobster tail. Wow soooooo good. We all got the extra lobster tail for $1.00 extra. The Prime rib was very large also. There was food aplenty. It had rained earlier in the evening so not much going on in the water. horrible – It took our waiter 15 minutes to even acknowledge our party of ten. Four meals needed to be re-heated because they were cold, and the one person that ordered dessert ended up with a frozen slice of cheesecake. The food is definitely over priced for the small portions and poor quality. Never again.
Jack Baker's Lobster Shanty When your in VEro Beach - definitely check out the Lobster Shanty! On the expensive side though they have a wonderful "early bird special" . Meal comes with salad bar (or soup), coffee, tea or milk and I believe ice cream. Very large restaurant - choice seating - window - on the water!

Great seafood-especially lobster!! Right on the ocean. Open every day but Christmas--all year.
