Our home was completed October 2018. David is a nice man, the issue is that he is hard to reach, doesn’t return phone calls. All of this is scary when you have been in new home for less than 8 months and can’t reach him. Yes we were given an email with two single page attachments. One for warranty numbers for plumbing etc and one for the structure guarantee.
