Same as numerous other reviews, ordered a cistern syphon and paid for it , never arrived and never heard from them since, they never answer the phone or return emails. Steer clear of this company, surely tradingstandards will be on to them by now

DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM JACK AND JILL!! Sadly I didn’t read these reviews first - just pay a little more and get your item from somewhere that will actually deliver it. I ordered an item 4/10/22 with allegedly up to 5 working days delivery and by December i was still being told another 2-3 weeks. I know there are huge supply chain issues but it was holding up the job so I requested to cancel/get a refund to which they agreed - still waiting for my money 4 weeks later- initially they kept saying it had been ‘passed to accoun... read more
Absolutely shocking service spent 5k and would not recommend stay away they could not run a bath, worst customer service ever and don’t even think of trying to get a refund, they should be shut down
