I had the worst experience with All State recently when my tire blew on the side of the road on a Saturday night. I pay for their rescue service and they left me on the side of the road from 10pm-2:30am before I finally gave up and ordered a Lyft the hour ride home. The following Monday I had to call another tow to try to get my car home. It took All state and the towing company from 8:15-2:45pm to get my car home after I called the second tow.
