Good person during the actual photo shoot but disappeared when it came to fulfilling the prints we ordered. No response after months of repeated attempts to contact him. We’ve even read other reviews from different sites who report the same experience. A lot of people now have to deal with a $1000+ loss. Do not recommend.

Honestly there are some good shots but, this review is more about the service than the photos (otherwise it would be 2 star). The photos we had done turned out ok. The service (up till bill payments) was great. They made her feel special and secure and that's why I give them the 4 star. She was so happy that day and that's huge. Most of the photos where just blah (eyes off someplace, blinking, bad lighting, poor staging), though the 7-10 that where good, are very nice. We had such an incredible experience shooting our maternity photos with Jack. He was so much fun to work with and has an unbelievable creative eye. We were open to his vision and we were willing to do anything to get an unbelievable shot. I can’t wait to work with him again in the future.

Wife n I are coming up to our 1yr anniversary and we paid for our wedding album and packages and we don’t even have them yet. We’ve been contacting Jack every other day since March when we approved our album.

He did our engagement pictures and they turned out amazing and the whole experience was awesome! We hired him for our wedding that was in January, our experience on that day was good, didn’t even notice him during the ceremony. When we got our pictures back, some were amazing and some were just okay. Not all seemed usable to me. We wanted some of them re-edited (which he said he would be happy to do, just to let him know if we wanted anything changed).
