Worst Bike shop in Austin! Do not know how to ship a bike! – I trusted Jack and Adams to safely ship my bike, when it arrived it was badly damaged. They did not respond to my phone calls or emails. I finally had to hire a lawyer and only then did they take responsibility. So if you value your bike i suggest....Do not go to Jack and Adams. Very poor customer service!!
A Bike Shop that goes the extra mile, even after the deal is done. – I was looking for a new bike and had visited a few other bike stores in Austin, but when it came to the attention to all my needs, I have to say that the staff went way over board to meet them. The personal attention that Jack gave to me has meant the world to me and I can't even begin to say how great they are. I would recommend them to anybody that was looking for a road or tri-bike. Great customer service – I am new to triathlons. What surprised me about Jack & Adam?s is that the staff was constantly trying to get me to buy only what I needed and never spend more than was necessary. They also gave exceptional service and spent a lot of time to make sure I was happy with my bike and all of my gear. You can really tell they love what they do. I would highly recommend them, particularly for the beginner-level triathlete.
