We were sent here for a prospective rental property on E street in Hamilton. At first they seemed professional, but then as soon as they got their application fee, they stopped replying promptly to us. Scattered text messages, no phone calls, excuse after excuse as to why they couldn't rent to us. Their properties are outdated, and it will take over a month to figure out what they want from you, just to have your money mailed to you with no communication as to when it was done. Mr Settler took more than $16000 dollars from my family to do a probate case. He never gave correct information and lied to me. I wouldn't have him represent my dog. He takes the money and doesn't care how he gets it. Also he's childish! He won't answer my phone calls. Acts like a spoiled child and won't own up to his mistakes. Take my advice and find another attorney.
