WOW! What an awful and unprofessional experience! I went in for botox with Susan. It was so painful. I have been getting botox for over 2 years and have never felt that level of pain, I was in tears when I left and all she could say was your being over dramatic and then preceded to text on her i phone. My face was bumpy and bruised and my eyebrow significantly dropped.
