Great color and cut. Exactly what I asked for. Private, one person salon with no walk-ins or phone interruptions. I had her complete attention during the entire appointment. I'll be a regular client moving forward. UPDATE: 8 months, and as many appointments later, and I'm thrilled with my hair cut and color. Jacinda is a very talented hair artist! I am so glad to have found her. She listens to what you want and makes sure you get it. She is personable and kind, progressive in her art and very knowledgeable in her profession.
Honestly, I wasn't planning on reviewing, but 2 months later and I'm still pretty upset about my experience. Throwing an extra star in since I went in for an extra day, she did try to fix it for free (though I still paid full price in the hundreds for first appt that was botched), and I do feel for the fact it took up another chunk of a day.
