Leonardo the plumber was essential and educational. He helped me understand how to operate my new house. wonderful feedback on how to prevent future plumbing problems so that was helpful. It did feel a bit pricy but I wanted the confidence of knowing it was done right and professionally from a reputable brand so that was worth it.
