1 Star rateing for no communication and delayed messages to the doctor as my partner called twice to get a phone call back nothing happened . very slack and unprofessional service desk for not relaying the messages back to the doctor as it was important obviously these people have disrespect for patients and dont care about peoples health concerns . bit of a worry why work there if you cant't do your job propperly. best be looking for a new Job !. as your service desk sucks!.
