I was a regular patient here for some time. My primary GP left the practice and I saw another GP to obtain a referral to a specialist. When I tried to go back to see that same doctor, she refused to see me as "I was no longer a patient due to my original GP leaving". She had not even been reviewing my results that had been sent to her by my specialists, and had in fact been sending them on to another GP in another practice without my knowledge that I had never been to, and also unable to see as she had "closed her books". I have only had positive experiences with this clinic. The doctors I have seen are amazing! Have definitely reccomended to friends and fam.
My family and I have had a wonderful experience at Jacaranda, most recently seeing Dr Treece and Dr Kennedy. Both are respectful and knowledgeable, and are good communicators. The reception staff have always been helpful and accommodating. We are grateful for the excellent care we receive at Jacaranda.
