Jacanda remodelers replaced the deck over our garage which included new roof, deck and railings. The deck flooring was not properly prepared before put in place (the butt ends still had the price tags attached). The finished railings had not been sanded. And, we discovered a leak in the roof 1 1/2 years later. We brought this to John Coil's attention and have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution.
