I have 15 years of driving experience, and I have never had to deal with someone like that receptionist. I don’t understand why she was so rude to me — I don’t know if it’s only with me or if that’s her usual behaviour. I am not asking for any free service. I am always grounded and respectful, and I have never experienced treatment like this before. You are not the only person in this world doing business. I truly hope I never have to deal with you again.🤬
