I am very disappointed with my yard. I just had to dig up a 3x3 area because the new grass died. Jesse would not fix it. I have tons of crabgrass too. I paid way too much for this disappointing yard. I followed the lengthy rules that I was given from the hydro seeding company.
The redo of our backyard involved Hardscape, sprinklers and new sod grass. The goal was to increase our patio areas and improve the overall look and functionality of our yard. This project took about 6 weeks. Jesse was really good keeping us informed of progress, choices, and suggestions as the project unfolded. His guys work hard in all weather conditions. Scheduled appointment for them to come out and they didn't show up. Called them up and they apologized and said he got busy and couldn't show up so I rescheduled and once again they didn't show up. Both times, no phone call no voicemail. I scheduled evening plans to be home. Horrible way to conduct business.
I made an appointment to get a quote for my lawn, waited almost two weeks for the appointment. No one showed up or called. Very poor way to do business.
Great job on the back yard! You recently finished two large brick walled off flower bed areas and a long retaining wall down one side of the back yard. It’s amazing how even it all looks and I can’t wait to get flowers planted now. Thank you so much for the great work!
