JAC INC helped my family and I out with zero notice on a Sunday afternoon when our hot water heater went out. From phone call to new hot water heater install was 4 hours! He was and has always been respectful, timely, fairly priced, and does excellent work! Not the first time he has helped my family, to include an amazing screened in porch remodel. Do hesitant and call them if you need any home remodels, or general contracting needs!
My wife contacted them for some repairs that need to be done to our home. They came highly recommended by a family friend. Cliff came out with a helper and were here for about 20 to 30 minutes and said they would get us a quote together. About 2 weeks later we hadn't heard from them so we gave them a call. We are very pleased with our garage conversion to an in-law suite. This included a master bath, mechanical room and new back entrance with small deck. Cliff and both his crews had great customer service, attention to detail, expert craftsmanship, and accountability. They took care of all proper permits and inspections, and managed all subs. Matt & his team are detail oriented, professional & they keep your house clean while they work. They will work with you to give you exactly what you want, but will also give you options & their professional opinion along the way! Can’t recommend them enough! You will not be disappointed!
Although I am very pleased with the renovations, and my husband and I can't express how much we appreciate Matt and his crew (they did a phenomenal job), there are a couple of issues. The hinges on the cabinets in my laundry room didn't get painted nor were the soft close devices installed to match my kitchen cabinets. I am also disappointed that while measuring for the backslash, my Ninja Air Fry Countertop Oven was damaged and I was not in anyway compensated.
