Did not finish the job. Not professional at all, they lack project management. They really left me in a bind. My project was supposed to take 8 months, it has now been a year and my house is still not finished.
service was great swift and fast until i was sent a notice from the company that state farm didnt pay their half of the bill which isnt the brunt of my problem at all and not jac-co's fault as well my problem is their is still a leak in my parents bedroom idk if its a roof issue which was suppose to be fixed months ago when they came around march/april id have to check my claim for a more specific date but as of 8/9/23 the roof or where the plate was swapped out and replaced for the fan has leaked again idk who's gonna fix i... read more
