Janet was so patient, courteous going through the quote. At the end of the call, when I wasn’t sure whether to purchase or not, she explained to me that policy can always be cancelled but then asked me to do what best works for me / a salesperson that put her company interests but then demonstrated empathy with customer and wasn’t pushy! Becky was a God sent during the tornado last week. She went beyond the Call of Duty she made sure to help us when we were having complications with Hotel issues. She also made sure to keep us up-to-date on everything that was going on throughout this strenuous process. I highly recommend her to anyone who is having a natural disaster. 10 out of 10
I called Allstate today and a wonderfully helpful agent took my call. Her name is Rachel, she was so helpful and friendly, it was like talking to a friend. I signed up both home and vehicles. The policy cost for both is very reasonable. I'm hoping for a great relationship with Allstate.
