UPDATE: After I posted this review THEY CANCELLED MY ACTIVE INSURANCE WITH NO AUTHORIZATION FROM ME. Now I have no active car insurance. I called them and they "put in the wrong date for the cancellation" and corrected it at least. Well, it took 2 weeks and a letter from the DMV but eventually they reversed the cancellation. 0 Stars, do NOT use this state farm rep. I got minimum required car insurance for ~$35/mo. I I'm sitting in the DMV trying to transfer a title and no one seems to be able to help me with my new insurance policy. I need ino for the transfer and was told to wait for the cards in the mail. Unacceptable
Took 2 months to fix an issue and had absolutely no care or urgency to help make the problem right. After months of waiting for it to get fixed and getting charged by my landlord for the insurance not being correct I get a call and told I have pay fees for my insurance that wasn’t even correct the entire time.
