The inn is well located within walking distance of many good restaurants that the Inn keeper recommended. It is a beautiful house with lovely gardens and a wrap around sunroom overlooking the gardens. Some of the bedrooms have a view of the ocean. The hosts are very friendly and greeted us with wine and hors d’oeuvres. Breakfast was also delicious. There is great attention to detail and the hosts were also attentive to my food allergies. Highly recommended!
My best friend and I stayed here 2 nights for our Monterey visit and it was wonderful. The Brillig room was cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious both mornings and we really enjoyed the wine & cheese hour. Service was just lovely.
We had a great time here! The hotel is beautiful and the service was fantastic! We were in the Wabe room up top and absolutely loved it. The breakfasts were delicious and the evening happy hours were a nice touch. We really enjoyed sitting in the gardens and playing chess downstairs in the evenings. It felt like home for the weekend.
We are staying and this great little AirBnB with a fairytale theme. The owners Rick & Suzzane are super and personable hosts. The happy hour wine & appetizers are great not to mention the breakfast this morning. Will definitely come back here when ever we visit the area.
