My wife and I recently stayed at the Jabberwock Inn for two nights in celebration of our 57th wedding anniversary. Our accommodation was the Toves room, which was on the main floor and extremely comfortable. The room was finely appointed and private, and offered an adjoining separate garden or courtyard area for relaxation. The inn, a historical residence, coverted to a B&B, is furnished with antiques and decorated with whatnots and collectibles which give it a unique and fairy-like atmosphere. Generally all good things to say about this spot but our visit wasn’t particularly relaxing/restful due to a tree crew on site running chainsaws outside the room 3 of our 4 days. Having inquired personally about accommodations before booking for a next day arrival this magnitude of disruption should have been communicated as it was 100% in the owners control. What a great place, 1st time here and will definitely want to go back! The service was awesome & the food was yummy! Our room was cute, clean and we had a great view! The staff was very nice, attentive, and great.
