I’ve got 5G for surfing the Internet, but at the cramp grounds I was not getting good connection so looking out my window I see an antenna at my camper, and a couple more around the campgrounds. Since I was gonna be here for a week, I paid for a week. This Internet service was no better than the 5G network. I lost connection more times than I can count. A big reason why you get a two Star and I was being nice

Website never works. Can't hibernate and schedule turn on dates online. Can't reach anyone by phone. I do not recommend this service.

Bug popped up when downloading "jabbatv Gen2" sent message, got a call right away. Was an unusual and uncommon bug but when support tech Jessie says he will fix it he will fix it. Jessie was professional and patient throughout the entire process. Now jabbatv is better than ever.

Stay Away From Using This Service. Very Unreliable. You never know if you're going to have internet when you wake up in the morning. Not Reliable At All...

Wanted to sign up with Jabba however after speaking with two different reps, not one of them could give us an idea when they could come out to do the hook up. By the sound of them both, they could not give a damn. When and if they call, I'm going to let them know I'm no longer interested. I'll find a more reputable company for my internet and tv.
