First time visiting Jab Lab and what a treat! Nurse Gabriella is amazing and so professional. The clinic space at her St Kilda clinic is beautifully decorated and a relaxing and welcoming space for all your treatments. Gaby is extremely professional, knowledgeable and genuinely skilled at what she does. I could feel my TMJ muscles starting to clench again, so I contacted her late on a Saturday, and she had me reassured and booked in the very next morning (Sunday!!) Such a great experience at Jab Lab Melbourne. I’d never had lip filler or botox before and was a bit nervous, but Gabriella made me feel completely at ease and talked me through the whole process. Her knowledge and attention to detail were obvious from the start. So happy with how it turned out, looks natural and exactly what I wanted. She even followed up with me a few days later to see how my results were going, you can tell she genuinely cares. I will definitely be back.
