Horrible customer service. He will schedule with you then reschedule because he’s not working in your town today. Unprofessional and inconsiderate of people’s time. If you enjoy wasting your time and getting rescheduled over and over this is the guy for you.
Roman is professional and reliable. He is on-time, communicates well and is fair and honest. We would have him return anytime and will highly recommend him and JAB Electric!
Roman and his team did an amazing job installing a chandelier and numerous high ceiling lights in my home. He and his team did quality work and in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a good electrician.
Terrible service. Roman misdiagnosed an issue I hired him for - said ceiling fan needs to be replaced for a wiring issue in the switch. He even opened the switch but didn’t even check with the volmeter. This is after I have paid him 100s of $ for putting ceiling lights and even referred to neighbors. He is a cheat, beware! He only replaced my breaker which was not even the problem.
